By registering as a vendor on Indusells B2B, you agree to comply with the following terms and policies.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To register as a vendor, you must:

2. Vendor Account Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted through their accounts.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated business information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized account access
• Avoid creating duplicate or fake accounts

3. Product Listings & Services

Vendors are solely responsible for all products, services, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, warranties, and related information uploaded to the platform.

You agree that:

• All listings must be genuine and lawful
• Product information must be accurate and non-misleading
• You own or have permission to use uploaded images and content
• Prices, specifications, and stock availability must be regularly updated
• Products must comply with applicable safety and legal standards

4. Prohibited Products & Activities

Vendors must not:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, stolen, or prohibited products
• Post misleading advertisements or fake claims
• Upload offensive, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or inquiries
• Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive business practices

5. Orders, Inquiries & Transactions

Vendors are responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotations, orders, delivery commitments, and after-sales communication professionally.

• Vendors must honor agreed pricing and commitments
• Bulk orders and quotations should be handled transparently
• Delivery timelines and shipping terms must be clearly communicated
• Any disputes arising from transactions are primarily between buyer and vendor

6. Payments & Subscription Services

Indusells B2B may offer paid subscription plans, promotional listings, advertising services, or premium vendor features.

• Subscription fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in service suspension
• Indusells B2B reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription plans

7. Vendor Verification

Indusells B2B may request business verification documents such as:

• GST registration
• Business license
• Company identification documents
• Address proof or related verification documents

Verification badges or statuses are granted at the platform’s discretion and may be removed if inaccurate information is found.

8. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content, trademarks, and business materials. However, by uploading content to the platform, vendors grant Indusells B2B permission to display, promote, and use such content for marketplace operations and marketing purposes.

9. Platform Rights

Indusells B2B reserves the right to:

• Approve, reject, edit, or remove listings
• Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
• Modify platform features or policies
• Remove content violating policies or laws

10. Limitation of Liability

Indusells B2B operates as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality or defects
• Delivery delays or logistics issues
• Payment disputes between users
• Losses arising from third-party transactions
• Business interruptions or technical downtime

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Vendor accounts may be suspended or permanently removed for:

• Violation of platform policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated customer complaints
• Providing false business information
• Abuse of platform services

12. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

13. Changes to Vendor Terms

Indusells B2B reserves the right to update or modify these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
